It is a monthly advisory engagement where we review your finances, surface risks and support decision making — without the cost of hiring a full-time CFO.
Is this the same as accounting or bookkeeping?+
No. We do not record transactions or prepare statutory accounts. We interpret financial information and turn it into business decisions.
Do you provide tax filing services?+
We do not. Where required, we coordinate with licensed tax agents and focus on the advisory and planning side.
Do you provide legal advice?+
We do not. Legal matters are referred to Nur Zahra & Co or other appropriate legal practitioners through a separate engagement.
What is equity readiness advisory?+
It is the preparation work done before a private company raises funds, brings in investors or restructures shareholding.
Do you help with bank financing applications?+
Yes — we prepare clients for the conversation, review documentation and help structure the financial narrative. We are not a financing broker.
Can SMEs subscribe monthly?+
Yes. Our retainer model is built for that.
